摘  要:近年来,绿色制造、智能制造正成为世界制造业发展的必然需求。中药作为中华民族贡献给人类的拥有特定临床优势的药品,其生产在我国生物医药领域中具有重要战略地位的。本文基于国家"制造强国"战略,以智能化和绿色化桑叶提取车间设计为内容,生产工序主要包括桑叶提取、离心过滤、膜分离、浓缩、喷雾干燥、内包等,对生产工艺流程和车间布置设计进行了设计探讨。考虑到提取和浓缩工序对整个中药生产重要的影响,重点对提取、浓缩和干燥工序进行详细设计,并提出自动控制和节能等措施。通过对工艺流程、车间布置和人物流走向的探讨,为中药提取车间设计提供借鉴。In recent years, green and intelligent manufacturing are becoming an inevitable demand for the development of the world’s manufacturing industry. Traditional Chinese medicine, as a kind of medicine with specific clinical advantages contributed by the Chinese nation, plays an important strategic role in the field of bio-medicine in China. Based on the strategy of "manufacturing power", in this paper we design an intelligent and green mulberry leaf extraction workshop. It has mulberry leaves extraction, centrifugal filtration membrane separation, concentration, spray drying, and package process. At the same time, considering the important role of extraction and concentration process in the whole production, we focus on the detailed design of extraction, concentration and drying process including automatic control and energy saving. Through the discussion of the technological process, workshop layout and the trend of people flow, it can provide reference for the design of extraction workshop.
