摘  要:样品的多样化促使检测技术也在不断提高,离子色谱法作为一种准确度高、检测效率高的分析方法被广泛应用于食品、医药、环保等领域。在离子色谱分析中,固相萃取法因为其操作简单、选择性高、大大缩短样品处理时间等优点成为最常用的样品前处理方法之一。而处理样品时,选择合适的固相萃取柱,可以达到事半功倍的效果。The diversification of samples promotes the continuous improvement of detection technology. As an analytical method with high accuracy and high detection efficiency, ion chromatography(IC) is widely used in food, medicine, environmental protection and other fields. In the analysis of ion chromatography, solid phase extraction(SPE) has become one of the most commonly used sample pretreatment methods because of its simple operation, high selectivity and greatly shortening the sample treatment time. When dealing with the sample, selecting a suitable solid phase extraction column can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
