理肺化瘀方治疗支气管哮喘疗效及对患者血清内IgG、IgA、IgM的变化研究

摘　　要：目的:分析理肺化瘀方对支气管哮喘患者的疗效及患者血清内免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M的变化。方法:选取支气管哮喘患者302例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组151例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟理肺化瘀方剂治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组喘息、哮鸣音积分及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白三烯D4(LTD4)、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、免疫球蛋白E(lgE)水平低于对照组,环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、酸碱度(pH)、氧分压(PaO2)、IgG、IgA、IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟理肺化瘀方剂治疗支气管哮喘,可改善患者临床症状、血气指标及免疫功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of Lifei Huayu decoction on patients with bronchial asthma and the changes of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in patients.Methods:Selected 302 patients with bronchial asthma,divided into 2 groups according to the treatment methods,151 in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Liqi Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group to analyze the clinical effect of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results:After treatment,asthma,wheezing scores and eosinophils(EOS),leukotriene D4(LTD4),high mobility group protein 1(HMGB1),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),immunoglobulin E.The levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP),acidity and alkalinity(pH),oxygen pressure(PaO2),IgG,IgA,IgM were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:To treat bronchial asthma with Lifei Huayu decoction can improve the clinical symptom,blood gas index and immune function.
