神应1号生发汤治疗血虚风燥型脂溢性脱发临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究神应1号生发汤对脂溢性脱发(血虚风燥型)疗效、血液流变学的影响。方法:以103例脂溢性脱发(血虚风燥型)患者为对象,按医师建议及患者自愿原则分为治疗组(神应1号生发汤,n=52)及对照组(常规西药治疗,n=51),比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流变学指标及药物安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组头发干枯、稀疏脱落、伴白屑、头皮瘙痒证候积分、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组头发干枯、稀疏脱落、伴白屑、头皮瘙痒证候积分较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),与同组治疗前比较,两组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉均明显降低,并且治疗后治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:神应1号生发汤治疗脂溢性脱发(血虚风燥型)的疗效明显,可有效改善患者的中医证候及血液流变学。Objective:To explore the effects of No.1 Shenying Shengfa decoction in the treatment of sebrrheic alopecia(blood-deficiency and wind-dryness type) and the influence on hemorheology.Methods:A total of 103 patients with sebrrheic alopecia of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness type who were diagnosed and treated were selected as the subjects.According to doctors’ recommendations and the voluntary principle,the subjects were divided into the experimental group(treated with No.1 Shenying Shengfa decoction,n=52) and the control group(treated with conventional western medicine,n=51).The curative effect,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,hemorheological indexes and drug safety were compared between two groups.Results:The total response rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of sparse,shedding and dry hair,dandruff and scalp itching,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit or erythrocyte sedimentation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rates in both groups were significantly decreased.Besides,the above indexes in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:No.1 Shenying Shengfa decoction is markedly effective in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia(blood-deficiency and wind-dryness type).It can effectively improve TCM syndromes and hemorheology of patients.
