燥热化“毒”在消渴病病机中的作用分析

摘　　要：目前糖尿病已成为威胁人类生命健康的三大疾病之一,对人类健康危害最大的是在动脉硬化及微血管病变基础上产生的多种慢性并发症。糖尿病可归属于中医学"消渴"的范畴。消渴病是临床常见病、多发病,临床上常常表现为"三多一少"的症状,以阴虚燥热为基本病机。"燥热"贯穿消渴病发展始终,燥热日久化生火热、湿热、痰热、瘀热毒邪,诸邪蕴结,毒邪内陷脏腑,加重消渴病情,形成复杂的病机变化,导致变证百出,如水肿、痈疽、眩晕、胸痹、中风、雀目等病证,顽固难愈。历代诸多医家,在消渴病的病因、病机、证候、治疗等方面都有较为深刻和全面的认识。文章从"燥热化毒"的角度来分析消渴病病因病机特点,为临床防治消渴及其并发症提供新思路。At present,diabetes mellitus has become one of the three major diseases threatening human life and health.Many chronic complications based on arteriosclerosis and microangiopathy are the most harmful to human health.Diabetes can belong to the category of"Xiaoke"in traditional Chinese medicine.Xiaoke disease is a common clinical disease,frequently-occurring,often manifested as"polydipsia,polyphagia,polyuria,body emaciation"symptoms,with yin deficiency and dryness-heat as the basic pathogenesis."Dryness-heat"runs through the development of Xiaoke disease.Dryness-heat become fire-heat,dampness-heat,phlegm-heat,blood stasis and heat toxin evil,all kinds of evil exist,poison evil invades viscera,aggravate illness,form complex pathogenesis changes,such as edema,sore and ulcer,vertigo,thoracic obstruction,apoplexy,night blindness and so on,which are stubborn and difficult to heal.Many doctors in the past dynasties have a profound and comprehensive understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of Xiaoke disease.This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of Xiaoke disease from the point of view of"dryness-heat producing toxin",and provides a new idea for clinical prevention and treatment of Xiaoke disease and its complications.
