摘　　要：政治制度伦理是指内蕴于政治制度之中的体现一定主体逻辑的价值目标和伦理精神,集中表达了政治制度的伦理价值追求,是判断政治制度正义与否、好与坏、善与恶的标准。改革开放以来,马克思主义与中国政治制度伦理建设实践相结合,依次经历了中国特色社会主义政治制度伦理建设的初步实践、快速发展、不断完善和体系化建设四个历史时期,相应地在理论成就上实现了四个"确立",即确立"好"的政治制度的基本判断标准,确立以德治国与依法治国并举并重的治国方略,确立政治制度伦理建设的科学性原则和核心价值体系,确立"以人民为中心"的政治制度伦理体系。中国特色社会主义政治制度伦理建设所经历的实践探索和取得的伟大理论成就,对继续推进我国的政治制度伦理建设有着重要启示。The ethics of political system refers to the value goal and ethical spirit embodied in the political system, which embodies the logic of certain subject, expresses the ethical value pursuit of political system, and is the standard to judge whether the political system is just, good or evil. Since the reform and opening up, Marxism has been combined with the practice of the construction of Chinese political system ethics. It has successively gone through four historical periods: preliminary practice, rapid development, continuous improvement and systematic construction. Accordingly, four "establishment" have been realized in terms of theoretical achievement, that is, to establish the basic judgment standard of "good" political system, to establish the strategy of governing the country with both morality and law, to establish the scientific principle and core value system of the construction of political system ethics, and to establish the political system ethics system with "people as the center". The practical exploration and great theoretical achievements of the ethical construction of the political system of socialism with Chinese characteristics have important implications for the continuous promotion of the ethical construction of the political system of China.
