摘　　要：我国航空业发展日新月异,而航空金融人才培养创新却相对滞后,人才供需缺口较大,亟需对传统人才培养模式进行优化和创新。在OBE理念下,航空金融人才培养应以满足航空金融需求为目标,建立“四融三通”新型人才培养方式,创新人才培养过程,构建特色鲜明的人才培养方案,深化课堂教学改革,持续改进教学评价,提升师资水平,以提高人才培养质量。With the rapid development of China's aviation industry,the innovation of aviation finance talent cultivation is relatively lagging behind,and there is a big gap between the supply and demand of talents,so it is urgent to optimize and innovate in the traditional talent cultivation mode.Under the concept of OBE,aviation financial talent cultivation should meet the aviation financial needs,set up the new talent training mode of"four-combination and three-links",innovate in talent cultivation process,build the distinctive talent training scheme,deepen the reform of classroom teaching,continuously improve teaching evaluation,and enhance the teacher level so as to lift the quality of talent cultivation.
