摘　　要：目的调查癌症患者康复的需求并探讨其影响因素,为肿瘤康复的发展提供理论依据。方法采用癌症患者康复需求问卷对2017年10月-2018年12月住院的266例符合纳入标准的癌症患者进行肿瘤康复需求调查,采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析癌症患者康复需求的影响因素。结果癌症患者康复需求总均分3.93±0.26分,处于较高水平,其中体能优化需求得分最高4.33±0.29分。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、月收入及疾病所处阶段为癌症患者康复需求的影响因素(p<0.05)。结论癌症患者康复的需求较高,医护人员应关注癌症患者康复的需求,并采用跨专业多学科的康复手段,兼以个体化的精准康复,从而提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the rehabilitation needs of cancer patients and explore their influencing factors, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of tumor rehabilitation. Methods A questionnaire for the rehabilitation needs of cancer patients was used to investigate the tumor rehabilitation needs of 266 cancer patients who were admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to December 2018. The influencing factors of the rehabilitation needs of cancer patients were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression. Results The total average score of rehabilitation needs of cancer patients was 3.93±0.26 points, which was at a relatively high level. Among them, the score of physical fitness optimization needs was the highest, 4.33±0.29 points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, monthly income, and stage of the disease were the influencing factors of cancer patients’ rehabilitation needs(p <0.05). Conclusion Cancer patients have a higher need for rehabilitation. Medical staff should pay attention to the rehabilitation needs of cancer patients, and adopt interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary rehabilitation methods, combined with individualized accurate rehabilitation, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
