摘 要:本文研究了电子束熔融(EBM)和激光选区熔化3D打印(SLM)技术制备的Ti-6Al-4V合金在机场道面除冰液-醋酸钾溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为,并与传统锻造Ti-6Al-4V合合金进行对比,通过电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线分析三种合金的抗腐蚀性能.研究结果表明,传统锻造Ti-6Al-4V合金的表面阻抗值更大,极化电阻更高,致钝电流密度更低,更易形成钝化膜,耐蚀性更强.而SLM-和EBM-Ti-6Al-4V合金阻抗值、极化电阻、致钝电流密度非常接近,抗腐蚀性能相似.In this paper, we study the corrosion of the Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy prepared by electron beam printing(EBM) and laser melt printing(SLM) technology by runway de-icing chemicals(potassium acetate solution). Casted Ti-6 Al-4 V cooperation for comparison, the corrosion resistances of the three alloys were analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curves. The results show that the conventional casted Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy has higher surface resistance value, higher polarization resistance and lower blunt current density, indicating that the passivation film is easier to form and the corrosion resistance is stronger. The resistance values, polarization resistances and blunt current densities of SLM-and EBM-Ti-6 Al-4 V alloys are not much different, and the corrosion resistances are similar.
