摘　　要：全球化自出现以来,在推动各国各地区政治交流、资源优化配置和世界经济发展、文化交流与多样性的保留方面都产生了积极影响。但与此同时,反全球化的力量也在这种交流与融合中更加全球化了。反全球化运动作为一种推动当前全球化更加合理的重要力量,在20世纪末21世纪初异军突起,使得对全球化价值观和话语权的种种争议得到了重视。在新的历史时期,这种运动从下层走向上层,并具有了新的表现形式。Since the emergence of globalization,globalization has had a positive impact on the promotion of political communication,resource optimization and the preservation of the world’s economic development,cultural exchange and diversity in all regions of the world.At the same time,the power of anti-globalization is also more global in this kind of communication and integration.The anti-globalization movement is an important force for promoting the current globalization.In the late 20th and early 21st centuries,the emergence of the foreign army has given great attention to the disputes of the values and the voice of the globalization.In the new historical period,this movement goes from the lower layer to the upper layer and has a new form of expression.
