摘  要:通过纳米技术对普通的医用骨粘合剂进行纳米改性,使其具有更强的粘合力,提高其各项机械性能,同时改善骨粘合剂的生物相容性,骨传导性以及降解性能,还能保证改性后的骨粘合剂对骨细胞无毒性,无致畸,无致癌等风险,此外在降解过行程中不妨碍甚至促进骨折的愈合。纳米骨粘合剂虽然还处于研究阶段,但是它在临床骨折固定领域具有广阔的应用前景。Through nano technology,the common medical bone adhesive was modified by nano technology,which can make it have stronger adhesion,improve its mechanical properties,improve the biocompatibility,bone conduc⁃tivity and degradation performance of bone adhesive,and ensure that the modified bone adhesive is non-toxic to bone cells,non teratogenic,non carcinogenic and other risks,in addition,it does not hinder or even promote frac⁃ture healing during the degradation process.Although nano bone adhesive is still in the research stage,it has a broad application prospect in the field of clinical fracture fixation.
