摘　　要：京津冀协同发展背景下天津市的高等医学教育资源有一定基础,但是高等医学教育资源优化面临一些问题,人才跨区域流动中的劣势,高层次人才数量不足,各高校都存在发展中的弱点和短板。天津市应强化顶层设计,构建协调发展机制;打造课程平台,建立人才共培机制;合并部分高校,实现学科优势互补。Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the resources of higher medical education in Tianjin have certain foundation, but there are some problems in the optimization of higher medical education resources, the disadvantages of cross regional talent flow, the number of high-level talents is insufficient, there are weaknesses and weaknesses in the development of colleges and universities. Tianjin should strengthen top-level design and build a coordinated development mechanism;build a curriculum platform and a mechanism for the joint training of talents;merge some colleges and universities to realize the complementary advantages of disciplines.
