循证护理在重症病毒性肝炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评价循证护理在重症病毒性肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月南昌市第九医院收治的100例重症病毒性肝炎患者,按入院顺序单双号分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用循证护理;比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理后心理弹性水平高于对照组,并发症总发生率为2.0%,低于对照组的18.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分为(92.48±5.19)分,高于对照组的(84.12±5.20)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.046,P=0.000)。结论循证护理干预在重症病毒性肝炎患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者心理障碍,给予必要情感支持,临床价值高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with severe viral hepatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe viral hepatitis admitted to the Ninth Hospital of Nanchang from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this research.According to the order of admission,patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)in odds/even number.The control group was provided routine nursing and the observation group was provided evidence-based nursing respectively.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The level of physical elasticity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the total complication rate was 2.0%,lower than that of the control group accounting for 18.0%(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(92.48±5.19)points,higher than that in the control group of(84.12±5.20)points,with statistical difference(t=8.046,P=0.000).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention has a significant effect on patients with severe viral hepatitis.It can alleviate psychological barriers,provide necessary emotional support,and has high clinical value,worthy of promotion and application.
