摘 要:长磷光成像是指移除激发光源后的延迟发光,它无需实时激发光的照射,相比传统荧光成像有更高的信噪比.为了研究铱(Ir)配合物的长磷光性质,设计了3种C^N配体相同,而N^N配体不同的Ir配合物,在溶液层次研究了它们的长磷光性质.经过比较,将长磷光强度最强的3,8-二溴邻菲罗啉配合物制备成纳米粒子,在小鼠背部皮下进行长磷光成像,与荧光成像对比,呈现出更高的信噪比.Long phosphorescence imaging eliminates the real-time light irradiation and gets a higher signal-to-noise ratio than traditional fluorescence imaging.In order to study the long phosphorescence properties of iridium(Ir)complexes,we designed three kinds of iridium complexes with the same C^N ligands and different N^N ligands were designed.After comparison,the 3,8-dibromophenanthroline iridium complexes showed the strongest phosphorescence intensity and were prepared into watersoluble nanoparticles.Long phosphorescent imaging was performed subcutaneously on the back of mice,which showed a higher signal-to-noise ratio compared with fluorescence imaging.
