摘　　要：研究生作为国家科技创新型人才,肩负着时代使命和历史重担,其中对研究生的思想教育不容忽视,而研究生的党建工作在高校研究生思想政治教育工作中尤为重要。面对新形势下研究生党支部存在的问题,结合研究生党员的实际情况提出新的工作理念和工作体系,进一步加强高校党建工作的思想引领作用,充分发挥研究生党支部建设的战斗堡垒作用。Graduates,as national scientific and technological innovative talents,shoulder the mission of the times and the historical responsibility,hence the ideological education of them cannot be ignored.The Party construction of graduates plays a particularly important role in their ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the construction of the Party branch of graduates under the new situation,and puts forward a new working concept and system based on the actual situation of the Party members of graduates,so as to further strengthen the ideological guidance of the Party building work in colleges and universities,and to make sure that the construction of graduate Party branch plays its full role as a battle fortress.
