摘  要:一个学校拥有好老师是学校的光荣,一个民族源源不断涌现出一批又一批好老师则是民族的希望。国家繁荣、民族振兴、教育发展,需要我们大力培养造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍,需要涌现一大批好老师。要成为学生受益终生的好老师,就要有理想信念,有道德情操,有扎实知识,有仁爱之心。习近平总书记提出的“四有”好老师的标准对新时代教师提出了更高的目标和要求。对于高校思政课新进教师来说,如何在自己的教师岗位上践行“四有”好老师是教师职业生涯的目标追求。It is the glory of a school to have good teachers,and the hope of a nation is that a batch of good teachers are constantly emerging.The prosperity of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation and the development of education require that we vigorously cultivate a contingent of highly qualified and professional teachers with the characteristics of lofty morality,professional excellence,reasonable structure and vitality,and that a large number of such good teachers need to emerge.In order to be a good teacher who benefits students for a lifetime,we must have ideals and beliefs,moral sentiment,solid knowledge,and a heart of benevolence.The standard good teachers with of"four haves"put forward by the General Secretary Xi Jinping is a higher goal and requirement for teachers in the new era.For the new teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,the criterion of good teachers with"four haves"is the objective of their career.
