摘　　要：提升和解决大学生的就业诚信意识,需要构建社会、高校、家庭、大学生四方有机联动、通力配合的诚信教育体系。针对大学生就业诚信现状,提出“四位一体”联动机制下的大学生就业诚信体系构建新对策。To promote the employment integrity consciousness of college students,it is necessary to build an integrity education system that operates with cooperation between society,college,family and college students.Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper puts forward a new countermeasure of constructing college students’employment integrity system in the"four-in-one"linkage mechanism.
