摘　　要："健康中国"概念提出后,健康受到越来越多的人关注。贵州在继脱贫攻坚后,更应关注人口的健康状况。以贵州省少数民族地区的城市社区为研究对象,分析其健康管理存在的问题,从健康管理、健康指导、心理辅导、运动指导和社会体育指导员的管理等方面,提出符合贵州少数民族地区的健康管理模式。After the 19th CPC national congress put forward the concept of"Healthy China",more and more people are concerned about human health.After tackling the problem of poverty,Guizhou should pay more attention to the health of its population.This paper takes community health management in ethnic minority areas of Guizhou province as the research object and starting with the problems encountered in the health management of ethnic minority areas in Guizhou province,analyzes the health management,health guidance,psychological counseling,sports guidance and social sports instructor management in ethnic minority areas of Guizhou province,and puts forward a new health management model.
