摘　　要：通过特尔斐法对贵州省大学生耐力素质下降的原因进行了分析,结果显示:在社会因素中",社会经济进步,导致生活便利化,使人体力支出减少"所占权重最高;学校因素的具体指标最多,其中"教师对于耐力项目的教法单一,枯燥"是最重要的因素;家庭因素中"父母过度重视学习成绩,未意识到身体素质尤其是耐力素质的重要性"是主要影响因素;而个人因素中思想问题是亟待解决的主要问题。根据以上分析,提出加强思想教育,落实主体责任,建立健全体质健康的预警机制;充分发挥社会体育指导员的作用,转变学生家长的观念以及行为习惯;精研大学课程改革方向,确保体育课程的成效。This paper analyzes the reasons for the decline of endurance quality of college students in Guizhou Province through the Delphi method.The results show that the element that"the advance of economy leads to the convenience of life and the reduction of physical exertion"takes the largest proportion in social factors;the specific indicators of school factors are the most,among which"the single and boring teaching method for endurance projects"is the most important;in family factors,experts believe that"parents pay too much attention to academic performance and fail to realize the importance of physical fitness,especially endurance quality"plays a decisive role;in personal factors,ideological problems are the main problems to be solved.Based on the analysis of the above factors,the following solutions are proposed:strengthening ideological education,dividing the responsibilities clearly,and establishing an early warning mechanism for building a healthy body;giving full play to the role of social sports instructors in improving the parents’thinking and behavioral habits;studying the direction of university curriculum reform to ensure the effectiveness of physical education curriculum.
