摘 要:为了提高跨坐式单轨交通轨道梁安装定位精度,提升轨道梁线形平顺性,提出一种基于轨道梁基础控制网的轨道梁定位测量及线形检测的新方法。介绍了该方法下的轨道梁基础控制网点位设置、测量方法和精度指标分析,以及轨道梁线形检测断面设置、检测点测量、检测数据处理及线形分析的方法。给出了轨道梁定位测量时全站仪的定向方法及精度指标;研发了精密测量基座。实际案例表明,轨道梁基础控制网相对点位精度为±1.5 mm,轨道梁平面定位精度为±3 mm,高程定位精度为±2 mm,验证了该作业方法的可行性,定位安装后的轨道梁符合相关规范的验收要求。In order to improve the installation and positioning accuracy of the straddle monorail transit track beam and improve the linear smoothness of track beam,a new method of track beam positioning measurement and linear detection based on the track beam control network is proposed.This paper introduces the point position layout,measurement method and precision index analysis of the track beam control network,as well as the methods of setting up the linear detection section,measuring the detection points,data processing and linear analysis of track beam.The orientation method and precision index of the total station in positioning measurement of track beam are given,and the precision measuring base has been developed.The actual case shows that the relative point position accuracy of the track beam control network is±1.5 mm,the track beam plane positioning accuracy is±3 mm,and the elevation positioning accuracy is±2 mm,which verifies the feasibility of the operation method.The track beam after positioning and installation conforms to the acceptance requirements of relevant specifications.
