摘  要:对现行《铁路工程测量规范》(TB 10101-2018)和《高速铁路工程测量规范》(TB10601-2009)关于GNSS测量的一些规定进行以下3个方面的探讨:(1)《铁路工程测量规范》和《高速铁路工程测量规范》关于异步环闭合差的限差规定不一致,通过大量实测数据的分析,建议限差指标应保持统一,限差为3倍中误差更适宜;(2)对《高速铁路工程测量规范》控制网复测技术指标进行探讨,建议修改复测技术指标以及增设二次复测技术指标;(3)建议增设外业GNSS测量应保证天线标志指向大致同方向的规定。In this paper,relevant regulations in the current"Code for Railway Engineering Surveying"(TB10101-2018)and"Specifications for Survey Engineering of High Speed Railway"(TB10601-2009)on GNSS surveying are discussed,mainly from the following 3 aspects:(1)The limits of asynchronous loop closure difference stipulated in the two specifications are inconsistent.Based on the analysis of a large number of measured data,it is suggested that the tolerance index should be unified,and it is suitable that the tolerance is defined as 3 times root mean square error.(2)The technical index of the control network repetition survey in the"Specifications for Survey Engineering of High Speed Railway"has been be discussed,and the technical index of repetition survey should be revised and the technical index of secondary repetition survey should be added;(3)It is recommended that in field GNSS measurements,specifications should be added to ensure the antenna signal pointing in roughly the same direction.
