摘 要:以黑麦草为实验材料,通过盆栽实验模拟不同质量浓度铅镉污染,添加不同浓度乙二胺二琥珀酸(EDDS)后测定黑麦草幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、叶绿素(CHL)含量的变化,探讨EDDS对不同质量浓度铅镉污染下黑麦草幼苗的影响.结果表明,黑麦草对铅镉有一定的抗性.在铅镉质量浓度分别为600,60 mg/kg时,施加2.4 mmol/kg的EDDS时,SOD和POD的活性达到最高;在铅镉质量浓度分别为600,60mg/kg时,施加1.2 mmol/kg的EDDS时,CAT的活性达到最高;在不同铅镉质量浓度下,随EDDS浓度的增加,黑麦草幼苗叶绿素的含量均呈逐渐减少的趋势;在铅镉质量浓度分别为600,60mg/kg,EDDS浓度为2.4 mmol/kg时,黑麦草幼苗叶绿素含量最少.因此,根据不同铅镉污染程度的土壤应选择相适应的EDDS浓度,才能有利于缓解铅镉对黑麦草幼苗的危害.Using Lolium perenne L as experimental material,pot experiments were carried out to simulate different concentrations of lead and cadmium.The concentrations of ethylenediamine disuccinic acid(EDDS)were added to determine the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity and chlorophyll(CHL)content change.The effects of EDDS on Lolium perenne L seedlings contaminated with different concentrations of lead and cadmium were investigated.The results showed that Lolium perenne L had certain resistance to lead and cadmium.When the concentration of lead and cadmium is 600,60 mg/kg,the activity of SOD and POD is highest when 2.4 mmol/kg EDDS is applied.At a lead and cadmium concentration of 600,60 mg/kg,CAT activity was highest when 1.2 mmol/kg EDDS was applied.Under different lead and cadmium concentrations,the chlorophyll content of Lolium perenne L decreased gradually with the increase of EDDS concentration.When the concentration of EDDS is 2.4 mmol/kg at a lead-cadmium concentration of 600,60 mg/kg,the chlorophyll content of Lolium perenne L is the least.Therefore,according to the different levels of lead and cadmium,the soil should be selected to the appropriate EDDS concentration,which can help to alleviate the harm of lead and cadmium to Lolium perenne L.
