摘 要:某电厂汽轮发电机组出现负荷突变现象,通过升降负荷试验,认为机组负荷突变原因为2号高压调节阀存在故障。现场检查发现,2号高压调节阀油动机与阀杆连接处存在过大的活动间隙,引起高压调节阀主阀碟浮动,导致机组负荷突变。经检修处理,解决了机组负荷波动问题,消除了机组负荷突变对机组及电网造成的安全隐患,并给出了类似故障的在线处理方法及建议。The sudden change of load occurs in a steam turbine generator set of a power plant.The reason for the sudden change of unit load is that the No.2 regulating valve fault exists,which is determined through the load lifting and reducing tests.It is found that there is large active clearance between the hydraulic servo motor of No.2 control valve and the valve rod in the field inspection,which causes the main valve disc of the high-pressure control valve to float and results in sudden change of the unit load.The problem of unit load fluctuation is solved through maintenance,and the hidden danger of unit load sudden change to the unit and the power grid is eliminated.At the same time,the on-line processing methods and suggestions for similar faults are presented.
