摘  要:某600 MW汽轮发电机组发生跳闸故障,判断跳闸原因为励磁调节器灭磁控制板或霍尔元件受到干扰后,保护系统误判断灭磁电阻投入触发灭磁条件,励磁系统故障造成发变组非电量保护动作,导致发变组跳闸联跳汽轮发电机组。提出了更换灭磁控制板、消除霍尔元件干扰磁场等处理方法。There is a fault on 600 MW steam turbine generator units. And the trip is caused by the disturbance on the de-excitation control board of the excitation regulator or Hall element. The protection system misjudges that de-excitation resistance is put into operation to trigger de-excitation condition. The failure of excitation system results in the action of non-electric quantity protection of generator-transformer units, which leads to the trip of the steam turbine generator units.The solutions such as replacing the de-excitation control board and eliminating the interference magnetic field of Hall element are presented.
