摘 要:以天津某全户内220 kV变电站工程为例,阐述了变电站三维设计的实施方案,从全站布置模型在各设计阶段的应用、智能主接线设计及二三维一致性校验、安全净距检验及碰撞检查、二次自动化设计等方面展示了其在本工程中的应用。与传统设计相比,数字化设计可使工程各参与方提前介入、专业数据传送更先进、校审方法更丰富、可实现并行协同工作等优点,但在性能分析及功能模块等方面有欠缺,需在实践中不断完善。Take an indoor 220 kV substation project in Tianjin as an example, the implementation schemc of the three-dimensional design of the substation is illuminated. The application of the whole station layout model in each design stage, such as the intelligent main wiring design and the two-dimensional and three-dimensional consistency check, safety clearance inspection and collision inspection, secondary automation design and other aspects is demonstrated. Compared with the traditional design, digital design can enable the project participants to intervene in advance, more advanced professional data transmission, richer review methods, and can achieve collaborative work. Meanwhile, shortcomings in performance analysis and functional modules are also exist, which needs to be continuously improved in practice.
