摘  要:某电厂SCAL型间冷系统散热器铝管端口发生了严重腐蚀,从设备结构特点、流场分布、损坏部位形貌、循环水中悬浮物成分来源等方面对管件腐蚀机理进行了分析;认为循环水对铝管的冲刷破坏了铝表面的氧化膜,在电化学腐蚀与颗粒物冲刷腐蚀的相互促进作用下,对散热器铝管端口部位造成腐蚀破坏;并给出了在铝管端口增加尼龙套管、改进铝管和集水箱结合处的密封垫圈等防腐蚀建议。The aluminum pipe end of the radiator in the SCAL type indirect air cooling system is suffered from serious corrosion in the power plant.The corrosion mechanism of the pipe fittings is analyzed from the aspects of the structural characteristics of the equipment,the distribution of the flow field,the morphology of the damaged parts,and the source of the suspended substance in the circulating water.It is considered that the oxide film on the aluminum surface is destroyed by the flushing of the circulating water on the aluminum pipe,the promotion of the interaction between the electrochemical corrosion and the erosion corrosion of the particles results in the corrosion damage at the end of the aluminum tube.And the suggestions of adding nylon sleeve to the end of the aluminum tube and improving the sealing washer between the joint of the aluminum tube and the water collecting tank are given.
