摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,吐温40为介孔碳源,制备出介孔ZrO2-SiO2催化剂。采用稠油的水热裂解反应评价了催化剂的降粘性能。结果表明,较合适的Zr/Si摩尔比为0.29,其对稠油的降粘率为78.3%。催化改质后,S含量明显降低,氢碳比(nH/nC)增加,说明稠油在催化剂的作用下应该发生了加氢裂解反应,导致部分C-S键断裂。Mesoporous ZrO2-SiO2 catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using Tween 40 as the mesoporous carbon source.The viscosity reduction performance of catalysts was evaluated by aquathermolysis reaction of heavy oil.The results showed that,a more suitable Zr/Si molar ratio is 0.29,and its viscosity reduction rate for heavy oil is 78.3%.After the catalytic upgrading,the content of S decreased obviously and the ratio of hydrogen to carbon(nH/nC)increased,which indicated that the heavy oil should be hydrocracked under the action of catalyst,leading to the cleavage of some C-S bonds.
