延胡索单体抗吗啡躯体依赖和精神依赖的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究延胡索甲素(Cor)抗吗啡(Mor)躯体、精神依赖作用。方法:选购40只SD大鼠,分为参照组、实验组、Cor组与1-THP四组,分别进行戒断反应、旷场实验与敏化实验,研究戒断反应的影响以及2Hip与Str脑区中DA含量。结果:吗啡持续给药9 d,纳洛酮催促戒断,样本有摇体、咀嚼、流泪等症状,相较于参照组,实验组戒断评分明显更高(P<0.05),纳洛酮催促60 min后样本体质量急剧降低(P<0.05),这表示Mor戒断模型已经成功制备。与实验组相比,1-THP可改善样本戒断症状,10mg/kg给药期间差异明显(P<0.05);Cor也能够改善戒断症状,但是没有明显差异(P>0.05)。Cor与1-THP均能够改善戒断症状,但是这两种单体相比差异不明显(P>0.05)。与参照组比,实验组Cor组与1-THP组DA含量明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:延胡索抗体能够起到抵抗吗啡躯体、精神依赖的作用。To study the somatic and mental dependence of cora against morphine(Mor).Methods:forty SD rats were selected and divided into four groups:the reference group,the experimental group,the Cor group and the 1-thp group.The withdrawal response,the open field experiment and the sensitization experiment were conducted respectively to study the influence of withdrawal response and the DA content in the brain areas of 2 Hip and Str.Results:morphine was administered continuously for 9 d,naloxone urged withdrawal,and the samples showed symptoms such as shaking,chewing and tearing.Compared with the control group,the withdrawal score of the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After naloxone urged for 60 min,the sample mass decreased sharply(P<0.05),indicating that the Mor withdrawal model had been successfully prepared.Compared with the experimental group,1-thp could improve the withdrawal symptoms of the samples,with a significant difference during 10 mg/kg administration(P<0.05).Cor also improved withdrawal symptoms,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Both Cor and 1-thp could improve withdrawal symptoms,but there was no significant difference between the two monomers(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of DA in the Cor group and the 1-thp group of the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:corydalis antibody can resist morphine somatic and mental dependence.
