摘　　要：近年来,我国居民高血压的发病率呈明显上升趋势,对我国居民的健康及经济社会造成一定程度的损害,国内外学者对其展开大量研究,证明了心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)是反映交感神经和迷走神经之间平衡关系的一个重要的指标,本文对勺型与非勺型高血压患者心率变异性分析的研究做了比较系统的综述。In recent years,the incidence of hypertension in Chinese residents has shown a clear upward trend,causing a certain degree of damage to the health and economic society of our residents.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive research on it to prove heart rate variability It is an important indicator reflecting the balance between sympathetic and vagal nerves.This article systematically reviews the research on heart rate variability analysis of spoon-type and non-spoon-type hypertension patients.
