摘  要:为了满足新的环保标准要求,某漂染废水通过提标改造,在原有工艺基础上增加深度处理,采用"格栅-物化气浮-厌氧-缺氧-好氧-二级气浮-反硝化脱氮滤池-芬顿氧化"工艺。COD、氨氮、总磷的排放完成达到《地表水环境质量标准GB3838-2002》Ⅳ类水标准,总氮排放达到相应行业排放浓度限值50%,满足新的排放要求,为其他漂染废水提标改造提供参考。In order to meet the requirements of new environmental protection standards,a bleaching and dyeing wastewater is treated in depth on the basis of the original process by upgrading the standard and reform.The process of"grid-physicochemical air flotation-anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic-secondary air flotation-denitrification filter-Fenton oxidation"was adopted.The discharge of COD,ammonia nitrogen,and total phosphorus reached the classⅣwater standard of Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB3838-2002),Total nitrogen emission reached 50%emission concentration limit of corresponding industry.Therefore,this technology not only reached the new discharge requirements,but also provides a reference for other bleaching and dyeing wastewater upgrading.
