摘 要:近年来我国环境影响评价制度发生了较大变化,环评导则及法规修订幅度较大,这对高校环境科学与工程相关专业的环境影响评价课程教学提出了更高的要求,探索出一条适合于应用型人才培养模式的现代教学方法成为当前环评教学改革研究的热点问题。本研究分析了现有环境影响评价课程教学中存在的"三个滞后"现象,结合近年来环评导则变化较大的实际情况,尝试采用案例教学和答辩式考核法实行教学改革,实现了"三个接轨",即最新理论知识与传统教学知识接轨、理论与实践接轨、考核模式与环评评审实际接轨,探讨了基于应用型人才培养的环境影响评价课程教学改革发展新方向、新思路,为环境工程应用型人才培养提供了数据支撑。In recent years,China’s environmental impact assessment system has undergone major changes,and the related guidelines and regulations have been revised significantly.This has set higher requirements for the teaching of environmental impact assessment in colleges and universities.How to develop a suitable training mode for applied talents is becoming a hot issue in the current research on the teaching reform of environmental impact assessment.The objective of this study is to investigate the problems existing in the teaching of the environmental impact assessment,analyze the change of the guidelines for environmental impact assessment,and develop a new method of teaching reform based on case teaching and the defense-based assessment method.The study explored a new direction for the training of applied talents and provides data support for the training of applied talents in the field of environmental engineering.
