摘  要:研究十一星瓢虫和棉蚜对[反]-β-法尼烯((E)-β-farnesene,下文简称EβF)的行为反应,为调控利用天敌治理棉蚜提供理论依据。于室内条件下,利用嗅觉仪测定了不同浓度EβF对棉蚜和十一星瓢虫成虫的嗅觉行为选择及观察在棉花植株上释放不同浓度EβF对十一星瓢虫成虫和棉蚜取食选择的影响。结果表明EβF浓度为10μL·mL^-1、20μL·mL^-1、40μL·mL^-1和80μL·mL^-1对棉蚜具有显著负选择作用;EβF浓度为20μL·mL^-1、40μL·mL^-1可引起十一星瓢虫成虫明显的嗅觉选择行为反应;EβF处理浓度为10μL·mL^-1、20μL·mL^-1、40μL·mL^-1十一星瓢虫成虫的取食选择率均明显高于对照。Olfactory behavior response of Coccinella undecimpunctata and Aphis gossypii after releasing(E)-β-farnesene(reffered as EβF in the following part)were studied to providing scientific basis of controlling the population growth of cotton aphids through reasonable combination of natural enemies.The olfactory behavior response of C.undecimpunctata and A.gossypii on different doses of EβF were determined by Olfactometer,and the feeding selective rates of adult ladybirds feeding on A.gossypii by releasing different doses EβF on cotton plants were calculated respectively under laboratory conditions.Results showed that adults of A.gossypii showed negative selection to the dosage treatments of 10μL·mL^-1,20μL·mL^-1,40μL·mL^-1 and 80μL·mL^-1 EβF;Adults of C.undecimpunctata showed an evident positive response to the dosage treatments 20μL·mL^-1,40μL·mL^-1 EβF;The feeding selection responses of adults and 3rd instar larvae of C.undecimpunctata in the release concentration of 10μL·mL^-1,20μL·mL^-1,40μL·mL^-1 EβF were significant higher than the control group.
