摘　　要：不锈钢复合板压力容器制造具有其特殊性。以一台甲醇分离器为例系统介绍了厚壁不锈钢复合板筒体展开长度的确定、筒体成形及组装、不锈钢复合板焊接、封头堆焊等关键制造技术。阐述了其制造难点、工艺措施及注意事项。There is particularity in manufacture of pressure vessel made of stainless steel clad plate.In this article,exampled with one methanol separator,some key techniques,including determination of unfold length for cylinder,forming and assembly of cylinder,welding of stainless steel clad plate and overlay welding for head,used in manufacture of thick cylinder made with stainless steel clad plate were introduced.
