摘 要:在低比转速离心泵中,圆盘摩擦损失占泵总损失的比重较大,严重影响了离心泵的水力性能。采用CFD数值模拟、3D打印及试验研究相结合的方法,研究泵腔结构对泵水力性能的影响。通过对泵腔结构优化改进,降低圆盘摩擦损失,从而提高低比转速离心泵的性能。In operation of low specific speed centrifugal pump,the energy loss due to the friction from disc has high proportion of the total loss,which affects the hydraulic characteristic of the pump seriously.In this article,by using the method of test combined with CFD simulation and 3D printing,the effect of pump cavity structure to the hydraulic characteristic of the pump was studied.The structure of the pump cavity was optimized and improved so as to decrease energy loss due to the friction from disc,and the characteristic of low specific speed centrifugal pump has been enhanced.
