波纹管膨胀节在芳烃联合装置中的应用

摘　　要：波纹管膨胀节是石油化工装置中最重要的管道元件之一,其作用是当管道自身无法满足热胀冷缩变形要求时吸收管道系统热位移。波纹管膨胀节在芳烃联合装置中的应用少有报道,以某石化公司芳烃联合装置为例,详细阐述了连续重整催化剂再生烟气管道、催化剂输送管道、吸附塔循环泵进出口管道和抽余液塔底重沸炉泵进口管道等多个管道系统中的膨胀节设计方案,总结了波纹管膨胀节在芳烃联合装置中的应用要点,为同类装置的设计提供借鉴。Bellow expansion joint is used for absorption of thermal deformation in piping system,thus it is one of the most important fittings in the piping used in petrochemical plant.In this article,exampled with aromatic complex unit,several expansion joint design schemes for CCR catalyst regeneration flue gas pipeline,catalyst transport pipeline,adsorption column recycle pump inlet and outlet pipeline,and raffinate column bottom pump inlet pipeline were described in detail,and the cores in the applications were summarized.What presented herein may be referenced for the similar engineering designs later.
