摘　　要：通过对催化剂项目工艺流程的分析,结合工程经验,把设备布置和管道设计成为适应生产操作和检维修的需要,既满足规范和安全质量的要求,又能达到节省建设成本的目的。设计时在满足规范的前提下,对布置方案进行分析和对比,对厂房高度进行推算达到合理化布置的要求,阐述了关键设备布置的要点和管道设计特点,起到总结和提高的目的,为今后同类产品项目设计提供借鉴的意义。With the analysis of the process in SAPO catalyst project and combined with engineering experience,it was explained that equipment arrangement and piping design should be adapted to the need in production and maintenance,that means not only the requirements in codes and standards should be reached but also construction cost be saved.Under the prerequisite of meeting the requirements in codes,several equipment arrangements were compared and analyzed,and the appropriate height of plant building was calculated.The cores in the arrangement of key equipment and the features in piping design were described and summarized,which can be referenced for the similar designs later.
