摘　　要：在石化装置中,塔区和框架区的大管线较多,试压难度较大,用于管线隔离的盲板较多。以某炼厂气分装置丙烯塔底重沸器进出口管线等试压过程为研究背景,对装置中大管线的试压特点、难度进行详细论证分析,并提出相应的对策,为配管设计及试压工作具有一定的指导参考意义。In petrochemical installations,there are many large pipelines in tower and frame areas.Hydraulic test is very difficult,and many blind flanges are needed for pipeline isolation.In this paper,exampled with hydraulic test process of the import and export pipeline of recliner at the bottom of propylene tower,the features of hydraulic test for large pipelines and the difficulties existed were analyzed,then some countermeasures were proposed,which is hoped to provide references for pipeline design and hydraulic test later.
