摘　　要：本文从"听觉维度的现代公共文化服务设想的缘起、背景"两章节,阐明了该项服务的服务宗旨、服务内容、服务实施领域、目前国内外已有的实施情况和相关研究基础;根据目前国内国情和时代特征,以"听觉维度的现代公共文化服务设想、刍议以浙江省为例其建设的路径"两章节论述,解决了该设想中的服务领域分类、技术方案实施方向、可持续性建设该项服务的职能人员配置等问题。在可预见的困难和关键性技术的定夺、方案对比上,谈及了后续研发需要面对的问题。This passage starts from two chapters on the origin and background of the assumption about the modern public cultural service in the auditory dimension.It clarifies the tenet,content,implementation field,current implementation situation at our country and abroad,and the relevant research foundation of the modern public cultural service in the auditory dimension.Based on the current national conditions and the characteristics of the times,the passage dissertates the concept of the modern public cultural service in the auditory dimension and the instance about the construction path of this service in Zhejiang Province.It solved a series of problems,including the classification of service areas in the assumption,the direction of the implementations of technical solutions,and the functional staffing of the construction of the service,etc.In terms of foreseeable difficulties and the determination of key technologies,as well as the comparisons of the programs,it also raises issues that need to be solved in subsequent researches and developments.
