锚杆锚固质量等级快速评级方法研究

摘　　要：锚杆锚固质量无损检测在具体工程应用中尤为重要,目前的锚杆锚固质量无损检测技术规程仅给出定性的质量等级评级标准,在实际应用中不易用其进行锚杆锚固质量快速评级。因此,根据锚杆反射信号时域特征,根据具体实验总结出一种基于阈值评级的锚杆锚固质量等级快速评级方法,不仅满足规程要求,而且简单高效,准确性高。NonDestructive Testing(NDT)of anchor bolt anchorage quality is particularly important in specific engineering applications.However,the current technical regulations for NDT of anchor bolt anchorage quality only provide fuzzy quality grade evaluation criteria,which is not easy to quickly evaluate the quality of anchor bolt anchorage in practical applications.According to the time-domain characteristics of the reflected signal of anchor bolt,a fast evaluation method of anchor bolt anchorage quality based on threshold rating in specific experiments was proposed in this paper,which not only meets the requirements of the regulations,but also is simple,efficient and accurate.
