摘 要:物流是中国新兴社会化系统产业,具有显著的外部性特征,为了符合保护自然环境的大趋势,降低物流运输过程中的碳排放量,基于低碳经济理念对传统物流园区布局进行优化。首先从低碳环境和经济因素等多个方面分析当前物流园区的布局考量因素,以菲利普科特的STP理论进行市场细分,明确目标市场需求和物流园区功能定位,基于定位结果,采用系统布置方法建立布局模型,设定约束条件,构建目标函数,再用遗传算法中的基因定值求解,确定物流园区的最终功能区布局,最后基于低碳经济理念,从绿化水系统、建筑节能、低碳物流活动等方面,结合布局完成低碳化布置,实现对传统物流园区的低碳化布局优化。Logistics is a new socialized system industry in China,with significant characteristics.In order to conform to the general trend of protecting the natural environment and reduce the carbon emissions in the logistics and transportation process,the layout of traditional logistics parks was optimized based on the concept of low-carbon economy.Begin from several aspects,such as low carbon environmental and economic factors analysis of the current logistics park layout considerations,with Philip walcott STP theory to market segmentation,target market needs and logistics park function orientation,based on the results of positioning system arrangement method is adopted to establish the layout model,constraint conditions,construct the objective function,and then use genetic algorithm gene in setting value,determine the final function layout of logistics park,based on the concept of low-carbon economy,from the green water systems,building energy saving,low carbon logistics activity,etc.,combining with the layout finish low carbonization is decorated,to realize the low carbonization of traditional logistics park layout optimization.
