摘　　要：研究选取天津市典型区域中心生态城片区,开展部分浮游生物群落结构、底栖生物、鱼类资源、水生及沿岸陆生植物、水质指标等基础状况调查,运用生态功能综合评价方法和五类分级方法探索开展区域水生态环境状况评价和功能定位研究。根据综合评价结果可以看出,水质状况是影响该区域水生态环境功能评价的主要约束性指标,并据此提出了水生态环境功能提升的对策建议,为完善天津市现有水生态环境管理制度,建立水生态环境功能分区管理体系提供一定的思路与方法。This paper selected the typical eco-city area of Tianjin Regional Center o investigate on the basic conditions of some plankton community structure,benthic organisms,fish resources,aquatic and coastal terrestrial plants,water quality index.It explored the evaluation and functional positioning of regional aquatic ecological environment,by using comprehensive evaluation methods of ecological functions and five classification methods.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,it can be seen that water quality is the main restrictive index affecting the evaluation of regional aquatic ecological environment functions.The paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for improving the evaluation of aquatic ecological environment function.The ideas and methods formulated in this research can possibly provide important references for improving the existing aquatic ecological environment management system in Tianjin.
