摘  要:芯片产业是知识经济时代国民经济基础性和战略性的产业。近年来美国制裁中兴和打压华为充分暴露了我国芯片产业链存在明显的短板。研究发现,我国芯片产业在产业链三大关键节点中,除封装测试环节外,存在明显的产业链安全隐患,特别是在芯片设计环节和制作环节对外依存度较高。建议从加强产业顶层设计、优化产业链结构和加快创新驱动发展等方面入手,尽快补上短板,消除产业链安全隐患,确保我国芯片产业健康发展。The chip industry is a basic and strategic industry of the national economy in the era of knowledge economy.In recent years,the US sanctions against ZTE and the suppression towards Huawei have fully exposed the obvious shortcomings in China's chip industry chain.The study found that the three key nodes of the chain exist ob⁃vious hidden dangers of industrial chain security except for packaging and testing.It is notable that in chip design and production links there still exists higher dependency.It is suggested to strengthen the top-level design of the in⁃dustry,optimize the structure of the industrial chain and accelerate the development of innovation-driven develop⁃ment,fill in short-term as soon as possible,eliminate potential safety hazards in the industrial chain,ensuring the healthy development of China's chip industry.
