摘 要:雄安新区的建设、京津冀协同发展对河北省能源、环境提出更高要求,河北省经济创新发展面临着严重的能源制约。“一带一路”倡议以及“一带一路”能源合作伙伴关系、河北自贸区的成立,为河北省开展国际能源合作提供了新机遇。河北省与“一带一路”沿线国家能源合作能够有效促进河北省消解过剩产能,加快产业转型升级,实现经济创新发展,同时还能够为雄安新区建设、京津冀协同发展,提供稳定的优质清洁能源。The construction of Xiongan New Area and the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and He⁃bei put forward higher requirements for energy and environment in Hebei Province.Hebei’s economic innovation and development are facing serious energy constraints."The Belt and Road"Initiative,"the Belt and Road"energy partnership and the establishment of Hebei Free Trade Zone have provided new opportunities for Hebei Province to carry out international energy cooperation.Energy cooperation between Hebei Province and the countries along"the Belt and Road Initiative"can effectively promote Hebei Province to eliminate excess production capacity,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and realize economic innovation and development.At the same time,it can also provide stable and high-quality clean energy for the construction of Xiongan New Area and the coordinated de⁃velopment of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
