摘　　要：区域经济增长新旧动能转换面临着传统产业产值比重较大、产业链尚不成熟、服务业增速放缓和高新技术产业产值比重偏低等产业转型升级的挑战,以及科技创新能力不强、创新竞争激烈、科技创新人才储备不足和品牌创新力度不够等创新动能的挑战。要采取产业创新策略,来应对区域经济增长新旧动能转换产业转型升级的挑战;采取强化科技创新基础地位、健全创新发展机制、加快集聚科技创新人才、提振品牌经济发展强度等创新策略,来应对区域经济增长新旧动能转换创新动能的挑战。the transformation of new and old driving forces of regional economic growth is facing the challenges of industrial transformation and upgrading, such as the large proportion of traditional industrial output value, the immature industrial chain, the slowing growth of service industry and the low proportion of high-tech industrial output value, as well as the challenges of innovation driving forces, such as the weak ability of scientific and technological innovation, the fierce competition of innovation, the insufficient reserve of scientific and technological innovation talents and the insufficient strength of brand innovation. We should adopt the strategy of industrial innovation to meet the challenge of transforming the new and old driving forces of regional economic growth into industrial transformation and upgrading;we should adopt the innovation strategy of strengthening the basic position of scientific and technological innovation, improving the mechanism of innovation and development, accelerating the gathering of scientific and technological innovation talents, and boosting the development intensity of brand economy to meet the challenge of transforming the new and old driving forces of regional economic growth into innovation driving forces.
