摘 要:为了探索适合泸州地区烤烟生长的漂浮育苗池水深度,在四川泸州古蔺县开展试验,以云烟87为材料,设4个处理,3次重复,T1~T3为育苗池池水深度依次递增的3个处理,以托盘育苗为对照CK。调查了育苗池的不同池水深度对池水温度变化、烤烟苗期和大田期农艺性状、干物质累积量、经济性状等指标的影响。结果表明:随着池水深度的增加,池水温度降低,烟苗的出苗一致性较差,出苗时间较晚;T1烟苗的地上部分干物质积累最多,比T3高3倍左右;苗期T1对烟苗叶片长势促进作用明显;生根期和成苗期,T1烟苗的最大叶长、宽和叶面积均显著大于其他3个处理,T3烟苗叶片长势一般,并且与T1、CK之间的烟苗叶片长势达到了显著差异;T1经济性状总体由于CK。因此,苗期控制育苗池池水深度在2 cm时比较有利于促进烟苗的早生快发、生长发育,提高烤烟的产质量。In order to explore the depth of floating seedling pool suitable for the growth of flue-cured tobacco in Luzhou District,an experiment was carried out in Gulin County,Luzhou City,Sichuan Province.Yunyan 87 was used as test materials.Four treatments were set up.Three repetitions were repeated,and the depth of T1~T3 was increased in turn.The local conventional seedlings was taken as the control CK.The effects of different pool depth on the temperature change,agronomic characters,dry matter accumulation and economic traits of the seedling pool were investigated.The results showed that the temperature of pool water decreased with the increase of pool depth.The seedling consistency of tobacco seedlings was poor,and the seedling time was late.The accumulation of dry matter in the ground of T1 tobacco seedlings was the most,about 3 times higher than that of T3,and the effect of seedling T1 on the growth of tobacco seedlings was obvious.The maximum leaves,width and leaf area of T1 seedlings in rooting stage and seedling stage were significantly larger than that of the other three treatments,and the leaf growth of T3 tobacco seedlings was general.The leaf growth of tobacco seedlings was significantly different from that of T1 and CK.T1 economic traits are generally due to CK.In summary,it is more favorable to promote the early yield,growth and development of tobacco seedlings and improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco by controlling the depth of pool water in 2 cm in seedling stage.
