摘　　要：目的建立能同时测定微达康口服液中特女贞苷、紫丁香苷和淫羊藿苷3种活性成分含量的RP-HPLC法。方法采用RP-HPLC法。Capcell Pak C 18 AQ液相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm);进样量:25μL;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0 mL·min^-1。流动相:乙腈(A)-1 mL·L^-1磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱,洗脱程序:0~5 min,12%A;5~32 min,12%A^68%A;32~33 min,68%A^12%A;33~40 min,12%A;外标法测定。结果特女贞苷、紫丁香苷和淫羊藿苷分离度良好,阴性样品无干扰;3种活性成分的平均回收率分别为102.4%,98.6%和100.1%,重复性RSD值分别为3.17%,2.41%和2.76%,均在0.5~20.0μg·mL^-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,r值均大于0.9950。结论RP-HPLC法具有操作简单、准确度高和快速等优点,可用于微达康口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 3 active ingredients nuezhenide,syringin and icariin in Weidakang Oral Liquid.Methods RP-HPLC method was selected as analytical method,and Capcell Pak C 18 AQ(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm)column was used for separation.The injection volume was 25μL with column temperate 25℃,and the flowing rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile(A)-1 mL·L^-1 phosphoric acid(B).The gradient elution program was as follows:0-5 min,12%A;5-32 min,12%A-68%A;32-33 min,68%A-12%A,33-40 min,12%A.Quantitative analysis was performed by external standard method.Results Nuezhenide,syringin and icariin were well separated under the above conditions,and negative sample solution showed no interference.The 3 active components showed good linear relationships in the range of 0.5-20.0μg·mL^-1 with correlation coefficients(r)all above 0.9950.Average recoveries of the 3 active components were 102.4%,98.6%and 100.1%,respectively.RSD of repeatability were 3.17%,2.41%and 2.76%,respectively.Conclusion The RP-HPLC method has the characteristics of simple operation,high accuracy and fast analysis,which can be used for the quality control of Weidakang Oral Liquid.
