摘　　要：目的观察菖远胶囊(CYC)对老年性痴呆症小鼠模型记忆障碍的改善作用以及对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法①采用跳台法,以触电潜伏期和5 min错误次数为指标,分别对CYC低、中、高剂量组小鼠、正常小鼠、模型小鼠、阳性对照药小鼠采取灌胃法连续给药,分别在18,24和28 d观测跳台潜伏期和错误次数,同时检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)以及血清和肝组织过氧化脂质(LPO)含量等指标;②采用小鼠碳粒廓清实验和血清溶血素测定法,检测吞噬指数K及吞噬系数α值、巨噬细胞吞噬率,血清溶血素(HC 50)、抗体细胞形成(QHS)及T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞功能等。结果(1)CYC中、高剂量组灌胃18和28 d,能明显延长跳台潜伏期,减少出错次数,降低血清和肝组织LPO含量,升高血清SOD含量;(2)CYC中、高剂量组灌胃18和24 d,能明显延长跳台潜伏期,减少出错次数,增加小鼠脑组织SOD和MDA含量,提高胸腺和脾脏指数;(3)CYC中、高剂组灌胃6~30 d,能明显延长游泳时间和常压耐缺氧时间,并随给药时间延长,其作用增强;能延长断头所致脑缺氧时间和挟闭气管所致的心脏缺氧时间;(4)CYC中、高剂量组灌胃18 d,能明显提高炭粒廓清吞噬指数K值和α值以及HC 50和QHS,提高巨噬细胞吞噬率,增强吞噬指数和T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞功能。结论CYC具有明显的健脑益智、增强记忆、改善脑缺血症状、抗疲劳、耐缺氧和增强免疫功能的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Changyuan Capsules(CYC)on memory impairment and immune function in mice with senile dementia.Methods By using the platform method to get an electric shock,the incubation period and 5 min error number as an index,respectively 6 groups mice,including CYC low,medium and high dose group,normal,model,positive control drug,were continuously intragastricly infused(IG)in mice and at 3 time points,respectively,namely the 18,24 and 28 d,to observe the platform latent period,the number of errors,and brain tissue superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA),and serum and liver tissue of lipid peroxide(LPO)levels.Carbon particle clearance test and serum hemolysin assay were used to detect the phagocytic rate of K andαvalue macrophages,serum hemolysin(HC 50)antibody cell formation(QHS)and T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte function.Results(1)The CYC medium and high dose groups,the incubation period of the jumping platform was significantly prolonged,the number of errors was reduced,the content of serum and hepatic tissue LPO was decreased,and the content of serum SOD was increased after 18 and 28 d of gavage.(2)The CYC medium and high dose groups,the incubation period was significantly prolonged by gavage for 18 and 24 d,the number of errors was reduced,the content of SOD and MDA in brain tissue was increased,and the thymus and spleen indexes were improved.(3)The CYC medium and high dose groups,gavage for 6 to 30 d can significantly extend the swimming time and atmospheric pressure anoxia tolerance time,and with the prolongation of administration time,the effect was enhanced.It can prolong the time of brain hypoxia caused by severed head and heart hypoxia caused by compressed airway.(4)The CYC medium and high dose group can significantly improve the carbon particle clearance K andαvalue,HC 50 and QHS,increase macrophage phagocytosis percentage,and enhance phagocytic index and T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte function.Conclusion The capsule has obvious effects on promoting intelligence,enhancin
