Objective The article is to investigate the stability of acute alcoholic liver injury model, which is convenient for follow-up scientific and effective research and development of related new drugs. Methods 2 models of acute alcoholic liver injury were compared. The stability of alcoholic liver injury model prepared by 50%ethanol in one-time gavage was studied and verified by Bifendate Pills. Results There was no significant difference in the degree of liver injury between the 2 models of acute alcoholic liver injury(P>0.05).The degree of liver injury decreased with the extension of the time taken.Bifendate Pills showed protective effects on alcoholic liver injury under the model of alcoholic liver injury prepared by 50%ethanol in one-time.Conclusion The results show that a single oral gavage of 50%ethanol can more easily establish a model of acute alcoholic liver injury.
