摘　　要：目的了解碳青霉烯类药物亚胺培南的血药质量浓度测定方法。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献并进行总结、分析,对亚胺培南的血药质量浓度测定方法进行综述。结果亚胺培南的血药质量浓度测定方法主要包括高效液相色谱(HPLC)法和液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)法,其中HPLC技术以其分离效能高、定量准确、专属性强和应用范围广等优势,应用较多。测定时主要采用C 18柱、C 8柱或苯基柱,以乙腈、甲醇-磷酸盐或醋酸盐缓冲液为流动相,检测波长为230~300 nm,以头孢呋辛、头孢他啶、5-溴脲嘧啶或5-羟基吲哚-3-醋酸作为内标。结论亚胺培南的血药质量浓度测定方法研究取得了一定进展,可为制定合适的给药方案提供参考,对指导临床合理应用具有重要意义。Objective To review the advances on determination methods for blood drug mass concentration of carbapenem drug imipenem.Methods The domestic and oversea research literatures on advances in the determination methods for blood drug mass concentration of carbapenem drug imipenem were consulted,reviewed and analyzed.Results The determination methods for blood drug mass concentration of imipenem mainly included high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).Among them,HPLC technology has many advantages,such as high separation efficiency,accurate quantification,strong specificity and wide application range.It was most commonly utilized in the determination of imipenem in plasma.The determination was carried out on C 18,C 8 or phenyl column,using acetonitrile or methanol-phosphate or acetate buffer as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 230-300 nm.The internal standards were cefuroxime,ceftazidime,5-bromouracil or 5-hydroxyindol-3-acetic acid.Conclusion Some progress has been made in the determination methods for blood drug mass concentration of imipenem,which can provide reference for the formulation of appropriate drug delivery schemes and guide the rational clinical application.
