摘 要:选取铜鼓至万载高速公路宜丰联络线新建项目的隧道工程为例,分析工程中发现的隧道内衬钢筋保护层不足问题,探讨成因与解决对策。并针对漏筋问题的成因进行补强处理,有效解决了隧道内衬钢筋保护层不足问题。隧道内衬工程的钢筋保护层厚度不足会导致主筋外露与锈蚀问题,影响工程质量与是使用安全,应当加强检修,发现漏筋问题及时治理,从而保证工程的耐久性。Taking the tunnel project of Tonggu-Wanzai Expressway Yifeng Liaison Line as an example, this pa-per analyses the insufficiency of the protective layer of steel bars in the tunnel lining found in the project, andprobes into the causes and countermeasures. In view of the causes of steel leakage, reinforcement treatment iscarried out, which effectively solves the problem of insufficient protective layer of steel bar in tunnel lining. CON-CLUSION: The insufficient thickness of the protective layer of steel bars in tunnel lining project will lead to theproblems of exposed and rusted main bars, which will affect the quality of the project and the safety of its use. Itis necessary to strengthen the maintenance, find out the problems of leaking bars and treat them in time so as toensure the durability of the project.
